Went to zoo with purple rose ( Cindy, Wei Ru, Kejian and Joshua ) was awesome !
It will more fun if more came.
Watched Bodyguards and Assasins. A great show about China revolution.
Great day out ! Woohoo ~
Went to guardian with derek to celebrate Christmas. The food was great.
Joyice and Terence came, long time never see them already.
After that, went to whitesand to meet the usual peeps. bought wine up to daniel house.
play texas poker, $2 buy in, won $3 at the end of the day =D yay !
The food there was nice. && the drink best !

People always say "put yourself in other people shoes"
But sometimes i just don't know what and how they feel about certain things.
If only if they say it out. If not, it will all be an assumption.

Saturday .
Ren Ci flag day. Yes, is Ren ci .
kinda fun and different experience doing with CSC and being the coordinator.
although my tin is not that filled, but the process is fun.
After that went to asbel house for christmas party.
The food there was awesome. But i think we bought too much food there.
Thank Abel for inviting us and Soon kiat for all the games. =D

Tired of leading sometimes ..
Totally lost and dont know what to do..
Don't know what to do if were to meet up for a project meeting .
What can we do during project meeting when everyone done their part. Discuss ? Improvement ? Teach ?
From this 2 semester, i had worked with different people and there are people who ..
- Just keep quite all the way, zero opinion, full time follower.
- Just don't know what's going on.
- Don't even bother to come for meeting
- Right click copy, alt tab, right click paste.
- Have zero initiatives. No instruction = No work .
- Done their part, wash their hands.
I hate conflicts in a group.
I rather do everything myself than to have a conflict.
Handling conflict ? I'm clueless.
Somehow, i found myself failed to be a leader .
Cant cope with such problem, poor leadership ..
